Loan Advisor

Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities
Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch
Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates of the branch operations status
Plans, creates and implements programs/process for branch employees and clients actively participates in them
Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as loan consultant, second hand car dealer, and the other organizations
Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents

Telemarketing

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
